We celebrate the vitality of a well-played violin. Viva Violin!
The violinist makes a grand entrance, playing with bravura. This is lively music, emphasizing the rhythmic character of the violin.
"There is Time" provides a peaceful contrast to the energy of the first movement. The simple rhythms in triple meter create a framework for a gentle Violin theme -- un-rushed.
"Full Glory" is triumphant, celebratory music. Joy speaks through syncopated rhythms, and even through rests!
