An Adventure at Grannie's is a musical dramatization of the story, "Little Red Riding Hood," scored for Violin (or Clarinet), Cello and Narrator. The two instrumentalists assume character roles (with some costuming suggested) and play musical motifs to highlight the reading of the story. This is a light-hearted approach to the fable, complete with wolf in Grannie nightcap (a shower cap will do!) and a chase through the forest. An Adventure at Grannie's is intended to entertain adult audiences as well as children.
